About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Specialist to manage and oversee our pharmaceutical suppliers
In this role, you will ensure that all suppliers meet regulatory standards, maintain high-quality performance, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and continuously evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Conduct annual supplier performance reviews and follow-up on improvement actions
- Manage quality deviations, supplier complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Implement CAPAs and monitor their effectiveness
- Oversee and maintain quality agreements with suppliers
- Plan and conduct supplier audits, assessing risks and compliance
- Initiate and manage change controls related to supplier processes or materials
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with manufacturers and suppliers on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology Engineering
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
